Fonts / Typography
There are a plethora of typefaces to choose from, but only two basic styles: serif and sans-serif. Generally, in the body copy of printed material, serif fonts are more readable, while san-serif is easier on the eye when reading from a computer monitor. While you can use any font you choose in print or within graphics, on the web the choice of fonts that most users are likely to have in common is typically limited to, Arial, Geneva, Helvetica, Verdana or a generic sans-serif typeface.
